My Hair Is Falling Out More Than Normal (I’m -21)? Please Read.?
My Hair is falling out more i know its normal to loss 200 hair a day and that’s normal but,my hair lost more then 200 a day its a lot i really need help?
my hair is long thick i never diet it its nature i used to use Pantene then i change it to dove then to Sunsilk(anti Fall) it help but,just litter bit.
i start using hair vitamins but,i notice that if i didn’t take one a day my hair start falling more and more so i stop using it.
please don’t tell me to see the doctor i don’t have insurance ![]()
i just need your advice and if some one had the same problem and used some things that worked!!

You can try eliminating sugar and white flour products. also search for alkaline foods. Try washing your hair with borax. I like the way my hair feels when I use borax to wash and then your normal creme rinse. Did you know that sodium lauryl sulfate can be very damaging to your health. Most shampoos that are commercially available use the cheapest raw ingredients that will make them money, not do wonderful things for your hair and health. They also use products like what they use in anti freeze (don’t remember the name. So just use the borax. It will not suds up. so it will be different then lathering up. If you have long hair I think you will like how your hair feels once it dries. You can also use a vinager rinse on your hair. (apple cider) If you have access to whole foods (bulk foods) add these to your diet. Look up dr. mercolas diet. I have been dealing with itchy painful scalp since about 1997 and have actively done several things like taking herbs and pills and using hairloss shampoos.. I recently found new information which I have added to my reportoire of hair care. One of the things I saw on oprah is that hair loss stopped and reversed when a certain diet was followed. (mostly stop eating white-rice, potato, processed flour. The itching has stopped. My hair no longer feels like it is being expelled by the follicle, or loosely held. I feel that hair loss for women is highly controlled by hormones. Do you notice higher hairloss based on your cycle? I certainly had higher pain and itching and hairloss associated with the time of month. Earthclinic.com has info on borax. It has some amazing properties. Upon further research, I found out that once large borax deposits were discovered it became the rage to wash your hair with it in the early 1900s. If you don’t know what it is, it is widely used as a laundry additive. Good luck. I know what its like. Also you might consider taking a good multivitamin to your regimin, one with a wide range of herbs vitamins and minerals. You are too young to be losing your hair.
