Does Stress Hair Loss Grow Back
Shaving the hair of a good idea to stop shedding? my hair grows back?
I need to know if it's a good idea to cutt all my hair if its release? I use to have thick curly hair a year ago .. but I spent a lot this year in terms of stress due to the death of a family member, and severe weight loss at one point I did develop iron deficiency anemia .. haelthy'm trying to eat and get my life .. but as result of severe physical stress, emotional / my hair began to massively Shedd alopecia …. because I have not bald or anything (not genetic) … but slimmed down a lot .. I am thinking of cutting all my hair and wearing awig until all grow back … Do you think this will stop the shedding .. Will my hair grow back .. and no one else has been through this before and I know someone who did? Please share thoughts / experiences. THX
Hello … unfortunately I missed For this a few years ago. My hair is very thick, and I lost more than half of it within about 6 months. I too was bald, but he came awfully thin, and fell steadily. The good news is that this is a temporary situation. My hair has all grown back now, and is as thick as it once was. Do not shave their heads if I were you (yes, I thought of that too), but then take longer to grow back. I know it's hard, but be patient. I had to cut the hair of shoulders, only because it seemed thin and not good while longer. But that's as far as I was ready to go. Try to eat well (lots of protein is good for the hair), and take a vitamin B complex (make sure it has biotin, which is good for hair too). All you can do now is play the waiting game until this is reversed, and it will. Good luck and stay strong. Lose your hair is very difficult to cross, cried a lot when I was with him. Hugs
