Hair Loss Around Dogs Eyes

loss of HAIR around my puppy’s left eye?

i have a weenie dog he is 6 months old he started losing the hair around his left eye. i showed my vet “not of any concern” she said but he is not scratching at it. the hair loss just move further and further out from around the eye in a circle. what causes this. how can i cure it. i have three small kids in the home with him . i would like to know if it’s something that they can get sense human and dogs can get sick from each other.
