Hair Loss Essay

help with my essay!!! HELP! second part!?
You can never be too careful when caring for your ears. Hearing is one of the most important senses, just imagine loosing it. Even when you are just listening to your ipod, you need to be careful. For example, if you are driving on a road trip listening to your ipod on medium volume for the entire trip, you can get hearing damage by damaging the hair cells that receive sound. It is best to listen to anything on low volume for a very short time. The human ear is very complex and very sensitive; any sound over 85 decibels can cause hearing loss. Krakatoa was reported as 180 decibels, leaving many people deaf or with loss of hearing.
Think about the loudest sound you have ever heard. Now, multiply that by thousands. Now try to imagine the loudest sound in the world, a sound so explosive and deafening, people over 2,000 miles away heard it and buildings over 500 miles away shook. Wouldn’t that be terrifying?
(this is the second part)
What does this have to do with Earth Science and Geology?
It looks like you need explanation help. You need to specify hair cells. Not many people know what they are, sentence should sound like. A person’s auditory nerve is a series of nerve cells that receive signals from the vibrating ear hair cells in the ear canal; these cells can get damaged when listening to loud music. This sentence is not more persuasive, because it shows the reader that you know what you are talking about.
You may want to specify “short time” how long is a short time?
The sentence with the 85 decibels is very informative and a very good sentence, but not many people know what a decibel is. You can write the sentence like this.
The human ear is very complex and very sensitive; any sound over 85 decibels, a unit used to express relative difference in power or intensity of sound can cause hearing loss. And the second paragraph should be with the first paragraph because you are still talking about Krakatoa, or start the sentence with Krakatoa in the next paragraph.
When writing an article or essay, write like the reader knows absolutely nothing about what you are saying and you have to teach and persuade the reader informatively and be assertive in your writing. Write like you know exactly what you are talking about.
I may sound picky, but I had to critically look over your essay in to see you get a good grade. I have a lot of college level English under my belt and English professors look at everything; some more than others.
