who knows about hair loss?
A little less than two years ago, I had a very bad experience with glued-in hair extensions. I was uninformed about the risks and the entire process and basically lost half of my hair. My hair was very thin for a time, but steadily has seemed to become thicker. I had to cut it short to get rid of most of the damage. Anyway, for anyone who knows a thing or two about hair loss, this question is for you. I have noticed progress doing a daily vitamin regime of 1 multivitamin, a 2500mcg biotin tablet and a super b complex vitamin in the morning, and the multivitamin and flaxseed oil with dinner. I have been using Nioxin for about a month and I think that it is really helping me. Has anyone used nioxin or saw steady progress with it? I use system one but I was considering using the styling products as well. Also, if there was a vitamin that seemed to work for you or you have an opinion about my regime, I am open to hearing it.
