Hair Loss Food Allergy
Shar Pei losing hair, possibly food?
My three year old Shar Pei is losing her hair at an alarming rate. We’ve always had difficulty with her keeping her coat. I know Pei’s are notorious for having food allergies. I’m thinking it might be the food we’ve had to feed her that’s causing her hair-loss. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced dog food for her?
i have 2 shar pei’s and yes one of them (that i know of) has a food allergies to beef of all things but he also fleas do that to my dog too! you need to make sure they have proper type of oil and vitamins they need!
i have to feed mine lamb and rice dog food and they love kibbles and bits but they can also handle dad’s chicken and rice! may not be the best food for my dogs but hey got to keep them from getting sick!
