Why am I losing so much hair?
I am 20 years old, and have in the last few months been losing much more hair than usual. The hair isn’t coming out in ‘chunks’, it’s more just a large amount of loose hairs. There is no history of female baldness in my family.
I straighten my hair most days and use a thermal protector spray before and a moisturising cream after. I have been doing this for years though, and have never had any hair loss.
Any idea what could be causing this?
If you are taking birth control pills then it’s probably because of them.
