What is the best way for a young man like me (27yrs old) to care for his hair? Hair loss prevention? Thickening? Hair regrowth? Strengthening? Please provide proof of your claims
How bad is too much vitamins? Would it effect hair loss or graying?

I am afraid with men is a more difficult ..because usually its genetic , if u r dad is out of hair then u might take it from him too, the only thing that u can do is to stimulate the blood circulation from your head .. that means use tonic lotion after shower and a lot of massage to head skin but not with the nails but with the but tom of your fingers , that will prevent a bit more losing hair. Normally they say its normal to lose 100 hairs per day.
