I've recently had hair loss around the temples and top of head hair has become more thin i usta have thick hair and now can see the scalp after taking a shower … this happened in a period of 1-2 months. I'm all what to describe some of what I think may cause the problem is weight loss surgery and had i … i had a wisdom tooth removed and suffer a lot blood loss and the healing phase Inbetween i drank some more alcohol, I've done was that there were only 1 meal a day because he did not want of infection is so rarely ate that made me lose alotta weight i went from medium to very thin and since I started work that will continue for at least 1 month to 3 weeks not sure I stopped drinking alcohol, and my hair is much the same was a little better ideas of how long it would take to get my hair completely restored back to its old self? without the thinning hair or what can I do to boost my immune system and thicker hair?
poor nutrition leads to hair loss and bone loss. You can never win back the hair and might want to always use Rogaine or accept the loss and embrace maturity. Why eating less to stop the infection? That makes no sense. Anyway, my hair grows well when you eat lots of fruits and vegetables and lean Protien, are the nonfat milk and things like yogurt. What really makes me grow hair is a lot of exercise. Sweat and burning calories really puts things growing hair and nails. Use mild shampoo and do not scrub as Neutrogina but rub on your head and be careful not to damage what's there. Do not blow dry too, protect it with a gel and does not dry all the way with the dryer, leave a little wet. pools, may not be the cholorine can be hard on hair. Good luck
