will permanent straigthening damage my hair forever?
im planning to get my hair permanently straightened, so im wondering, will the new hair that grows out be damaged?
and, is it true i will lose lots of hair if i get it straightened?
Only the hair that is exposed to the relaxer will be straightened. Relaxers are very harsh on the hair, so you will get some breakage during the process, but if done correctly, it should be minimal.
