Why am i losing soo much hair???
I’ve been losing sooo much hair lately..everytime i run my fingers through my hair like 10 hairs fall out…i’m only 15, this has been going on for about a month and a half. and i’m not stressed except for the fact that im losing a ton of hair.
so i looked through the answers from other people who had this same question and people said it could be because of a vitamin defiency..so my other question is
what type of vitamins do i need to start taking?…i can’t swallow pills, so would children’s ones work? and how long do you think it would take for them to start working?
About the vitamins if you cannot swallow pills then dissolve it first. Losing hairs might not be just lack of vitamins. There can be other problems too.
1)The shampoo that you use should not be the 3 or 2 in 1
type.
2)Do not use shampoo with conditioners.
3) Never blow dry your hair. Let it dry naturally
4) Do not use any oil or gel on your hair.
5) Try not to eat outside food. They might add MSG which will
definitely make you lose hair.
6) For the time being try keeping your hair short.
7) Take healthy food
