Losing Hair Lotion
What is the best way to lose the dry feeling you get in the winter time?
Please, nothing overly simple like apply lotions, use hair conditioner, etc. I mean if you have something really unique and specific that works for you involving lotions, bring it. But make sure its cool and not boring if you want my 10 pts. I’ll also take answers like … drrive south to a warm beach. Cause I’m desperate. Im like dry friggin kindle… help!

I’m from the north, although I don’t live there anymore. I find that the best way to beat dry skin is to avoid salt, caffeine (easier said than done : ), and keep a diet rich in olive oil or other healthy fats such as salmon, nuts or avocado. Drink lots of water, avoid processed food. I never would have believed this until I tried it myself. It’s like eating your moisturizer!
