My Hair is Falling Out!! Help?
I wear my hair in a ponytail a lot; I know that isn’t good but I can’t do anything else with it because I don’t wanna add heat to have it straight and it looks bad my naturally curly. The ponytail is almost always braided, when I touch the ends of my hair I put out at least 1/4 or 1/5 of a hand full.
Why is it falling out??
I wash my hair 2 times a week (mostly on Tuesday N’ Friday) and it falls out then. I have thick and curly hair but I still don’t wanna lose hair. I’m only 13 and it should be falling out at this age…. I don’t eat a lot of fatly stuff but then again I don’t eat as much and what I should at my age because I am tiring to lose weight. The reason I am telling what I eat is because I know that has to do with hair. I also put mayo and egg in my hair twice a month.
Is there something I can put in it to help it stop falling out?
Sounds like your hormones are changing thats all, if it gets extreme it could be anemia, its a side effect that I just found out recently, my hair was knee length and it was falling out in brush loads everyday, it got very thin, my doctor did a blood test and the anemia was the cause, it was so bad that I ended up cutting it to shoulder blade length and its taking awhile to grow but you can feel it getting thicker again, also take a multivitamin that will help too especially if you’re not eating properly, hope this helps, goodluck!
