How can I let a man know I'm interested in?

I have eighteen years, has never kissed or had a BF. I am very unsure of myself – I'm overweight and not exactly attractive. I'm not saying I'm ugly – I do not like dressing up. I'm usually in jeans and a shirt with my hair in a ponytail. I like my eyes though. I have no idea about how to flirt or catch a guys attention. I had a couple of loves, but has never been able to act on them. I personality well enough to think – the problem is you have to know to realize that. I'm kind, loyal and always up for people in a bind. I got a good sense of humor (well, sometimes a little dry). I just have no idea how to approach guys without looking ridiculous. fluttering eyelashes can not do 'everything' thing. Can someone please give me some advice? I'm really at a loss and feel like I'm further left behind every day.

Try talking with men, but be yourself. Do not be aggressive. Just start a conversation if it can be small and once broke the ice so to speak, to find other times to chat. It will be built from there.
